About this Course

This five week program will start you on your way to walking efficiently with new skills to assist with caloric changes. You will burn more calories as you become more proficient with your stride, pace and heel strike. You will have a pedometer to use, to track your steps, or; bring your own personal device along. The class will conclude with balance exercises and stretching.
