About this Course

This program was designed to teach young people the necessary self-rescue skills they will need if they are going to be around the water. Don't forget to bring a lunch, lots of towels and a change of clothes you can swim in.Learn essential self-rescue skills including how to get oriented after an unexpected entry, support yourself at the surface and how to swim to safety.
